This Cookie Policy explains how chaintelegram.com uses cookies and similar technologies. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Related technologies include local storage, which keeps data on your device without sending it anywhere.
What we use
Essential cookies. WordPress sets cookies when you log in, and (only if you opt in) to remember your details for commenting. Our security layer may set short-lived cookies while verifying requests. These are required for the Site to function and cannot be switched off from our side.
Performance cookies. Our page cache (LiteSpeed) may set cookies purely to serve you the right cached version of a page — for example after you interact with the site. They contain no personal profile.
Local storage (not cookies). Your dark/light theme choice and your markets watchlist are saved in your browser’s local storage. They stay on your device and are never transmitted to us.
What we don’t use. We currently set no analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Third-party requests
Some page resources load from third parties — fonts from Google Fonts and coin logos from CoinGecko’s image servers. Your browser contacts those services directly (they see your IP address, as with any content delivery network). Embedded content in articles (e.g. videos or social posts) behaves as if you visited the source website, which may set its own cookies.
Advertising (future)
If we introduce advertising (such as Google AdSense), the ad provider may use cookies to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads depending on your region and settings. We will update this policy when that happens, and consent will be requested where the law requires it.
Controlling cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings (usually under Privacy or Site Settings), and clear local storage the same way. Blocking essential cookies may break features such as logging in or commenting.
